2. Deposit funds — Add cash via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) OR card, bank transfer and more powered by stripe
3. Browse assets — Explore Stocks, Minerals, Real Estate, or Physical Assets
4. Start investing — Choose an asset and confirm your purchase

You can start with as little as $10 for stocks and minerals, or $100 for real estate investments.

There is no maximum investment limit. You can invest as much as your available cash balance allows.

Qubix offers four main investment categories:

• Stocks — Shares in major public companies (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, TSLA, and hundreds more)
• Minerals — Precious metals including Gold, Silver, Platinum, and other commodities
• Real Estate — Fractional ownership in income-generating residential and commercial properties
• Physical Assets — Vault-stored bullion and physical commodities with optional delivery

Each category has different risk profiles, return potentials, and dividend structures.

1. Go to your Dashboard and select an asset from the dropdown
2. Click Buy or Sell in the trading panel
3. Enter the quantity you want to trade
4. Review the total cost and confirm

All trades use your live cash balance. A 0.5% trading fee applies per transaction.

Qubix maintains transparent, competitive fees with no hidden charges:

• Trading Fee: 0.5% per buy/sell transaction
• Real Estate Management: 1.5% of gross rental income
• Vault Storage: Free for the first year, then 0.5% annually
• Withdrawal Fee: 5% of withdrawal amount (covers processing)
• Deposit Fee: None — crypto deposits are free

All charges are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Qubix provides several portfolio tracking tools:

• Dashboard — Live price charts, portfolio value, and P&L overview
• Holdings page — See all your positions with live unrealized P&L
• Manage Portfolio — Full breakdown of performance, YTD returns, and asset allocation
• Transactions — Complete history of all buys, sells, deposits, and dividends

Prices update in real-time on all pages every few seconds.

Real estate dividends are based on:

• Rental income collected from tenants
• Occupancy rates of the property
• Operating expenses — maintenance, management fees, insurance
• Your ownership percentage — proportional to your investment amount

Dividends are paid monthly or quarterly depending on the property. Your APY/badge rate is shown on each property listing. Dividends are automatically credited to your cash balance.

Fractional ownership lets you invest in high-value properties without buying the whole property:

1. Browse available properties on the Real Estate page
2. Review the property details, location, APY rate, and minimum investment
3. Invest any amount from $100 upward
4. Your ownership percentage is calculated based on your investment vs. total property value
5. Receive proportional rental dividends automatically

1. Click your avatar in the top right corner
2. Select Profile from the dropdown
3. Scroll to the Security section
4. Click Change Password and follow the prompts

You'll need to enter your current password before setting a new one. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

1. Click your avatar in the navigation bar
2. Go to the Profile page
3. Edit your name, phone number, country, or crypto wallet address
4. Click Save Changes

Note: Your email address cannot be changed after registration. Contact support if you need help.

Qubix has a built-in notification and alert system:

• Price Alerts — Set custom alerts when an asset reaches your target price
• Transaction Notifications — Get notified when your buy/sell is confirmed
• Dividend Notifications — Alerts when dividends are credited
• Support Replies — Notified when admin responds to your ticket

View all notifications by clicking the bell icon in the top navigation bar.

1. Go to the Withdraw page from your dashboard
2. Select your preferred crypto: BTC, ETH, USDT, or LTC
3. Enter your wallet address and the amount to withdraw
4. A 5% processing fee applies — this must be paid to initiate the withdrawal
5. Submit and await admin approval

Withdrawals are processed within 24–48 hours after fee payment is confirmed.

• Fee confirmation: Immediate after blockchain confirmation
• Admin review: 1–2 business days
• Crypto transfer: 1–3 business days depending on network congestion
• Total estimated time: 2–5 business days

Track your withdrawal status anytime in the Transactions section of your dashboard.

Yes. Withdrawals are made from your available cash balance only. To access funds tied up in investments:

1. Sell your stock or mineral holdings from the dashboard
2. Wait for the sale to process and funds to credit to your cash balance
3. Then initiate a withdrawal

Real estate investments have their own liquidity terms — check the individual property details for exit options.

Security is our top priority at Qubix:

• SSL Encryption — All data is encrypted in transit
• Session Security — Automatic session timeouts protect your account
• Cold Storage — Majority of crypto assets stored offline

• Admin Oversight — All withdrawals require manual admin approval

All transactions require your explicit confirmation before processing.

2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
3. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy
4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
5. Save your backup codes in a secure place

With 2FA enabled, every login requires both your password and a code from your authenticator app.

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account:

1. Change your password immediately from Profile → Security
2. Enable 2FA if not already active
3. Contact support via live chat or open a ticket
4. Provide details of the suspicious activity so we can investigate
